“Overall this property is great. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are exceptionally clean. I’ve stayed in another room at this property with a much nicer bathroom than the one we had this time. This one could definitely use an update.
Room service was outstanding. Tonia was so friendly and through our conversation found out we were celebrating our anniversary so she came back with a bottle of wine and a sweet card. She went above and beyond to make our stay special.
My only complaint...
“The hotel is very centrally located, just on the Riverfront! We booked well in advance for December and the price for quality has been excellent. No breakfast but full of options nearby. Very helpful staff. I recommend this hotel! ”
“So many great things to say about this stay. We got in earlier than check in allowed but the receptionist was able to get us in our rooms 4 hours early. It was clean, felt luxe and the free breakfast had great options. Staff was great and vibes were there. ”
“Breakfast was good. Food was hot and there were enough options. The room was very spacious and quiet. One thing that would make it better would be free parking.”
“Somewhat sparse but elegant. Spacious room with high ceilings, wood floors, antique furniture. Comfortable bed. Very clean and modern bathroom. Historic building in the heart of the French Quarter one block from the Jazz Museum. Pretty patio with small pool. Secured parking in lot with locked gate for $45, standard price in NOLA. Very warm and helpful staff. No bar or restaurant, but good morning coffee. Small fridge in room. I would def stay again. ”

“Ottimo hotel a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Il personale é gentilissimo, la piscina pulita e la colazione ottima. Siamo riusciti anche a bere un ottimo cappuccino.

"Alla reception sono abbastanza scortesi. Inoltre ho chiesto di fare il check out la sera prima visto che partivamo all3 04:00 e ci hanno detto che non c’era problema. Invece al mattino ci dicono che non possono e che addebitano più tardi. Peccato che invece delle 67€ come fa vostra fattura hanno trattenuto 141€! "
